When I had my daughter, I was a new mum I had been around babies my whole life, I had baby sat and looked after so many little ones so I thought I knew exactly how to have my own but boy was I wrong. I had no idea where to start, the conflicting suggestions, the constant googling, the unsolicited advice, it became so overwhelming and at the end of the day I felt like a failure. My baby would scream from about 5pm-10/11pm at night, I heard everyone say “this Is normal, it will get easier” but that didn’t help at the time. I was so worried about starting bad habits, creating associations I wouldn’t know how to change that I didn’t soak up the newborn cuddles or enjoy our time together, I was way to stressed. The 4 month regression hit and I still had to sleep train anyway, it changed my life and was the reason i’ve started this program. I want to educate parents of newborns how to survive the tough times while setting up good habits and good sleep hygiene while enjoying the cuddles and embracing the contact naps. I am here to educate you on the WHY, not just to tell you its “Normal, you will get through it”. This program will educate you on what’s normal and how to best survive, what things you should be looking out for and doing further investigations on and how to prepare for the 4 month regression.

The videos are designed for you to watch at your own pace in a simple and understandable way. I have provided you handouts that you can download and print out for easy reference when you're in the thick of it and we will have time for some live Q&A’s to give you an opportunity to ask the questions and get reassurance on your specific situation.
